By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Times

All BELPOL products are made to order through our fulfilment partners.

1.1 Production Time

Typical production times are:

• 2–7 business days for apparel
• 2–5 business days for accessories


Production times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

1.2 Order Verification

Orders may require additional verification if:

• Shipping details are incomplete
• Payment cannot be confirmed


This may delay processing.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the courier used.

Typical delivery estimates:

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
• Rest of World: 7–20 business days


These are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Product type
• Weight
• Courier rates


We do not mark up shipping fees.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Some regions or products may not support full tracking.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Lost packages due to incomplete information
• Additional fees for re‑shipping


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay for re‑delivery.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

7.1 Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement at no cost.

7.2 Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

• Check with neighbours
• Check safe delivery locations
• Contact your local courier depot


We are not responsible for stolen packages.

7.3 Courier Delays

We cannot control courier delays caused by:

• Weather
• Strikes
• Customs
• Peak seasons


8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages because items are produced and shipped from different fulfilment centres.

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


9. Changes to Orders

Once production begins, we cannot:

• Change the shipping address
• Modify the order
• Cancel the order
